Registration Process: (Student, Faculty, Staff, &
Non-Students)
1.) Register your ride online at Towson
Car Show SP-V8 Registration Form
2.) Email a photo of vehicle TO:
jromer1@towson.edu with your name with SUBJECT: Towson Car
Show SP-V8.
3.) Upon approval registrants will receive a participation packet of
information about the event.

Students, Faculty, Staff and surrounding
community members are encouraged to participate and are allowed to
register their car for the Car Show.
Only ONE (1)
vehicle per registrant.
Registrations are due by Sunday, April 13 to
Juan Romero Jr.
REGISTRANT MUST email a photo of vehicle
TO: jromer1@towson.edu with your name with SUBJECT: Towson Car
Show SP-V8.
All fields are
required on the Towson Car Show SP-V8 Registration Form.
Registrants will be notified via email of their
approval / participation. Access granted individuals will receive a
printable packet of registration information.
There are only 150 spots on the lot.
If there are more than 150 registrants, registrants with less
modified vehicles or stock vehicles will be put on a reserve list.
Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc., Towson
University and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost,
stolen or damage property. (Please keep any eye out for your
investments).
Registrants are to notify Juan Romero Jr.,
THREE days prior to the event of any cancellations to allow others a
chance to showcase their vehicle.
Participants of the Car Show are to show up
between the hours of 12pm and 2:45pm on Sunday, April 20, 2008
to set up their car and display.
After 3pm, the start of the event, all
engines are OFF!
No cars are allowed to move, enter, or exit
from the hours of 3pm to 6pm.
If awards are not prepared in time, an email
will be sent out to the email address entered on the Towson Car Show
Registration Form.
All students are expected to abide by the
Student Code of Conduct. Students found in violation of the
Student Code of Conduct will be subject to increased judicial
sanctions and/or fines.
All state and local laws and university
policies are in effect during the Car Show. Consistent with these,
it is prohibited for a person under the age of 21 years to purchase,
possess, consume, transport, or store alcoholic beverages.
Persons who are deemed to be intoxicated by
event personnel will be denied admittance/ejected from the car show.
It is also prohibited for any person or group
to purchase or give alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years
of age.
It is unlawful for any minor to knowingly and
willfully make any misrepresentation or false statement as to
his/her age in order to obtain/consume alcoholic beverages.
University policy prohibits intentionally furnishing false
information to the institution; this includes lying to university
officials.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages by
those of age is only permitted in Paws (University Union).
Baltimore County Code and university policy prohibit public
consumption of alcoholic beverages or possession of open containers
of alcohol in public places.
Bringing beverages into the Car Show is
prohibited.
Respect the rights of others. Avoid the use of
abusive language and behavior.
Respect the property of Car Show participants.
Do not touch anything you do not own, unless
given permission of the owner.
Active sports (e.g., Frisbee throwing, ball
throwing, etc.) are allowed as long as the activity does not
endanger anyone or anything in the area.
No dogs or any animals are permitted on
Burdick Lot #9 during the Car Show.
Garages are for parking only. All viewing,
tailgating, grilling, etc. are prohibited in parking garages and
Burdick Lot #9.
Soliciting is not permitted. Sales by anyone
other than approved university personnel are prohibited unless
granted prior written approval.
Use only the designated bathrooms in the
University Union or the portable facilities available.
*Prohibited Items: knives, firearms, weapons
of any kind, animals, beverages, fake or altered identification.
